I have been meaning to do this for about 5 months now. As you can tell, I have been a little busy. Well as many of you know, we welcomed a beautiful baby boy, Jonathan Douglas Cope, to our family on Valentines Day 2009. Jonathan surprised us 10 days early. I had taken off work on Friday, Feb. 13 to go to Cris's surprise baby shower that his work gave. Besides the party, I had a busy day, including a trip to Babies R Us, the Galleria, I got my hair cut, went to Target, and went to Logan's with Cris, my parents, and Mr. and Mrs. Machen. To our surprise, I woke up at 1:00 AM to some contractions. We decided to go to the hospital at about 5:00 AM and by 12:45 we had a 7 lb. 10 oz. bright eyed baby boy.
